About Us
The Soul District Business Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit membership organization that promotes the economic and business development of inner N/NE Portland. Established in 1977, we are one of the oldest and largest business districts in the city, housing approximately 5,000 businesses and 64,000 residents within our geographical boundaries.
The Soul District Business Association continues to promote and advocate for growth and opportunity, representing over 500 diverse businesses in the North NorthEast Portland PDX community
