A valued benefit of our practice model is the 24/7 access our patients have to our provider.

Our provider is available by phone at +1 (239) 336-4182 and by HIPPA-compliant video communication (Telehealth) through our patient portal.

Please note, all phone calls will be answered by order of priority. Please leave a voicemail if our provider does not answer, followed by a text message with the patient’s name, date of birth, and reason for calling. Please allow 15 minutes for a response, otherwise please call again.

Should our provider be unavailable by phone or traveling, you will be notified and given the contact information of our backup provider.
