Wellness with purpose is a “Direct Primary Care” or “DPC” healthcare model. This means that we provide care directly to families for affordable self-pay fees, avoiding the hassle of insurance processes. We offer affordable monthly memberships (prices vary based on patient age), as well as services for non-members at affordable rates.

DPC model healthcare allows patients direct access to their provider, without call centers, extended wait times to be seen, and insurance hoops.

Corissa is a board certified pediatric and family nurse practitioner. She has served the Southwest Florida healthcare community for more than 16 years in a variety of clinical settings. Carissa recognizes the growing need for personalized health care in SWFL and respect for patient autonomy.

She is passionate about building a practice that provides a trusting relationship, affordability, dependable core and communication.
