Our purpose is to support health and wellness, but we understand that illness and accidents are sometimes unavoidable. We are pleased to offer both in-office and home visits for patients who develop symptoms of mild to moderate illness. We are passionate about bridging the gap between primary care and preventable emergency room visits. Our practice is able to provide patients with on-hand oral and injectable antibiotics, steroids, IV fluid rehydration, nebulized medication, and minor procedures (simple laceration repairs, abscess incision and drainage, splinting, non-ingestion foreign body removal)

We provide comprehensive assessment and reassessment for illness and accident severity. In the case of worsening conditions or emergent findings we will walk you through the emergency department admission process and maintain contact with you throughout the visit.
