Healing, it’s important for your to understand how meditation and fasting affects the mind and body. The best way obviously is through experience, so I suggest you read our posts about both of these practices. You’ll need to learn them if you want to be a ale to benefit from the bodies natural ability to heal and for much longer periods.

Healing works far easier and quicker, when it is natural. Normally your body will speed up your metabolism as and when it needs to. This in turn will produce energy to fight off the infection or virus and will speed up the bodies natural ability to heal.

Your body and mind can regulate its own metabolism, it can do this by causing you to relax and then by causing you to be tense. Much like a fever when you go hot and cold, it speeds up your metabolism under pressure causing heat and burning to release more energy, then it will force you to relax so that the energy can then circulate the body, after which comes the cold feeling you would normally experience.

Here’s the trick, with practice you can force the mind and body to completely relax, then you’ll override the bodies mechanism for regulating the speed of your metabolism. Provided you practice mediation and fasting and in time, you can learn how to regulate your own metabolism. Then, there’s nothing to stop your metabolism from accelerating and accelerating. In fact it’s the closest you’ll come to inducing a coma, which is another way your body attempts to reduce circulation to parts of the brain in order to promote healing in parts of the body, it’s all about circulation, both blood and energy.

The above can also happen with the laying on of hands but is only temporary. If you want to heal for long periods, meditation and fasting is the desired route to take.

The techniques used should be used with caution, as we have already highlighted in our other posts, meditation and fasting are powerful tools when practiced properly and should be used cautiously to begin with. Your mind will develop and will open and at its own speed and as it does you will experience more energy circulating and may even fall into trance, which is only ever temporary.

There is another option for you. You could book an appointment with a hypnotist, they should be trained and they have methods of putting you into a meditative state or trance, which is also very relaxing and can create the same affect but again, this will only release suppressed energy and is only beneficial in the short term. The greatest path to take is and always will by practicing meditation and fasting. This forces the body to burn and with practice produces endless amounts of energy, just remember to stay hydrated and watch those mood swings. Be warned energies can sometimes have a mind of their own, be careful, and remember you have an active imagination which can also play its part when releasing surplus energy which can sometimes produce trance like states, again these are only temporary.
